Refund Policy
1.1 Advisory and Consultancy Services:
All fees paid for our consultancy, advisory, and wealth management services are non-refundable. Our team dedicates extensive time and resources to design personalized strategies based on your specific financial objectives. Once the service is initiated, no refunds will be granted.
1.2 Subscription-Based Services:
For ongoing subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for the unused portion of the subscription period will not be provided. The cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
1.3 Performance-Based Fees:
If your financial engagement includes performance-based fees, any fees accrued as a result of successful performance will not be refunded, even if there are subsequent fluctuations in performance.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 Consultancy and Advisory Services:
If you wish to cancel your consultancy or advisory services, you may do so by submitting a written request. Please note that any upfront fees paid for services not yet rendered are non-refundable. Services provided up to the cancellation date will be charged at the standard rates.
2.2 Subscription-Based Services:
Subscription services can be canceled at any time with written notice. The cancellation will take effect from the start of the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
Communication of Refund or Cancellation
3.1 Refund Processing:
In rare cases where a refund is applicable as per the terms outlined above, we will process the refund within 30 business days from the date of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction.
3.2 Cancellation Notice:
To cancel any of our services, please submit a written cancellation request to our customer support at info@awokeindia.com. Be sure to include your full name, account information, and the reason for cancellation.
Changes of the Policy
Awoke India Consultants Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
